CIT Bank National Association Mortgage department,
Reverse mortgage Loan modification,collection,foreclosure Florida
My parents who are indigent and in a nursing home are in a deed in lieu of foreclosure for the last 6 months. The deed is clean and we were told in a letter that the property would be recorded within a few days of - -. Every time I call I get a different story. I called the attorney who is handling the foreclosure and no one calls back. They need this property transferred to stop getting threatening property tax letters and home owner association letters as they are indigent and can not pay. Can you please help us find out why this can not be recorded and closed. Thank you.
