My mortgage company took - payments, did not return the requested funds within - days ( I filed a separate report ) and as a result of this, many payments were returned. Synchrony bank had just purchased many of my store cards, and they have systematically decreased credit limits or closed all of my accounts, despite requests to make allowances for this episode caused by the mortgage company. The cards and account numbers affected are GAP - - -, Lowes - - - - - JC Penney - - - - -. These actions, while their right under the law, have taken my constitutional right to liberty. I have been a - for - years, have been employed with the - for -, make $90000.00 per year, and now need to move, and can not even apply for a mortgage to assist my - year old mother in FL. It is a crime.
