This collection agency placed an account on my credit report that is not mine, they never sent me any information stating that they are placing this on my credit report. I sent them a letter asking them to validate the obligation and they ignored it. They are in violation of section 809B of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and section 392.101 of the Texas Finance Code.
