GE Capital Retail Credit Card Complaint

GE Capital Retail Credit card department,

Credit line increase/decrease Ohio

This is concerning synchrony bank account thru Walmart for $1500.00 credit line ... A continuance of - bank account issues. I 'm paying 22 % interest on the Walmart card but the told no interest can be paid till the balance is paid off but again I am charged 22 % interest on the balance monthly.. I 'm to be paying $25.00 per month minimum I 've been paying $40.00 collars average for months.. - wo n't help me completely pay off the balance, so that I only owe - place. Soon when they say that they understand, thats false because if the cared and understood then they would helphelp me out without the excuse that I am struggling ... Yes I am struggling.. Me I am struggling not the payments, those are ok but to assist I 'm to pay both, paid more then enough by the VA to afford it all but want - to assist so that I only have - debt that the VA pay can cover the other excuse I was given if something happens I ca n't pay.. Yes I can the VA pay is for life and direct deposit to my accountBut synchrony bank I charing me total 44 % interest 22 % monthly now and 22 % when the whole balance is paid off but if its accruing interest now till I go to pay it then I 'm being - taxed on interest I 've tried to get heard but no one is concerned they are paid. But how to get the account gone I 'm trying to do the intelligent and I need assistance but everybody does n't care who is a real supporter
