The sent me a bill dated -/-/- showing : Bill Amount : $ - & Payment Due Date : -/-/- Then the following I got a bill for them for an equipment, which my husband had taken back. I sent - - - - a dispute letter. A manager called me and asked to speak with my husband to verify ; I told him that my husband had died -/-/-. He apologized and he would close the account because my balance was actually a credit. Now this year I found this account on my creidt report from AFNI a collection agency with a balance of $780.00. I have tried without success to convey to this agency that this is a mistake to no avail.
