***THIS IS A NEW CLAIM. *** On - -, 2015, I received an automated call requesting that I return their call. When I immediately returned the call, it was National Credit Adjusters. I believe this call is in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and/or the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. I immediately called the number given on recording. I explained that I have a complaint against the company and will not settle the debt until the matter is resolved.
