In - of -/-/2014 I received an offer from the Citizen 's Bank with which we have a checking account an offer to get $5.00 up to $10.00 for automatic bill payments charged to the bank 's credit card and posted before - -, -/-/2014. I did so and - payments for - and - were posted on -/-/-/-/2014 and -/-/-/2014 respectively. Yet I did not receive the promised $10.00 credit as promised.
