Title loan Payment to acct not credited Georgia

I got a loan from Instaloan ( Equity Auto Loan on report ) in -, GA. The Manager there gave me information that shows paid in full. This account is only on my - report. On my report, there is a closed account with a - balance. - they have put - different accounts on my credit report with - different balances showing that I have to pay those in full for $520.00 and $660.00. I disputed it twice showing that there were - duplicate accounts ( - open/- closed ). The account for $520.00 now shows $0.00 balance and closed. They said they contacted Instaloan and was told my $660.00 account was still open which is not true because I paid it in full. So I have - closed account showing $0.00 with the same account number and an open account with another account number. I paid off the $660.00 balance in full. Everytime that I would go into to make a minimum payment, they would re-open a new account. I called corporate about them updating my credit report and was told that the District Manager would contact me. I told them that I want my credit report updated correctly and for them not to tell - incorrect information. I would also like all the duplicate accounts deleted because I only had - account. My report looks a complete mess.
