On - - 2015 about - est time, I called American Express too see when my reward card was going to shipped when speaking with a rep. I was informed my card was being sent too the wrong address, he stated he was going too have the shipping expedited and i should receive my cards within - buisness days. I called - times and spoke with - different reps and was old - buisness days. Today ( -/-/2015 ) I called in too see if the cards had be sent out and i was told by one rep that i would have too wait - buisness days. I ask too speak too his manager because that wasnt what I was told. His rep which was a lady got on the line and told me - buisness days I was upset because thats not what the prev rep told me and asked too speak with a different manager. A man named - got on the line and was being extremenly rude and i figured out that he wasnt a actually manager. He got his manager - who didnt help me at all. This is HORRIBLE I NEVER BEEN THROUGH A E-PERIENCE IN MY LIFE!!! I WOULD NEVER OPEN A ACCOUNT WITH AMERICAN E-PRESS IN MY LIFE!!! I SPENT ALMOST - HOURS ON THE PHONE WITH NO RESOULTION AT ALL!
