GE Capital Retail Credit Card Complaint

I have - dogs who at times require vet services. About 3 or so years ago this happened and I could n't pay so I was set up through Care Credit which as it was then only for pet vet care. The bills plus maintenance continued and I have n't been able to get a handle on it. When I have had to use the card the staff at the vets tells me that if my cost is low '' my interest rate will be high. Like I have a choice. So I am backed in a corner paying $10000.00 per month but it seems that the interest is more than the bill. Then independently Amazon wanted me to get their credit card which I responded to to get some perk and then I was going to cancel. I think it was the same outfit whic I believe is GE. So when the Amazon clicked on the availability of Care Credit was kaput. I 'm sure I 'm not alone in this. I am shocked that the least of us is penalized the most. Thank you.
