about 7 years ago i started a cellular service with - the plan i choose was a - minutes for - phones with an automatic cut off when the minutes run out. the store did not give me the plan requested and i end up paying - overtime the - month and when i call customer service they told me that i where going to correct the mistake and change the plan, but that never happened and again the the following month i got another bill for - for overtime, so i pay only the regular plan and cancel the service, then they send me a bill for - early cancellation plus the overtime. # 1 the store mistake cost me - five hundred dollars # 2 customer service did not change the plan as i was told # 3 customer service was a bully when i ask for an adjustment # 4 - breached our original agreement # 5 arbitrary they report me to the credit bureaus and my credit is damage.
