I purchased a computer through - on - 2014 for $680.00 with no interest for - month through GE Financing. The first payment for $36.00 made to bring the balance down to $650.00, after that I made arrangement with my bank to send $50.00 a month on the - part of each month, after - month I checked a statement for the fist time, my balance instead $150.00 it was $240.00, I called customer service and ask them why? they said those are late charges, because the payments were due beginning of each month but we have received them few days late and you were $35.00 late charged every month, I told them I did not know otherwise I would have send them long before due date as I do it for my car and house payments almost - month earlier, you have received payments regularly every month at a same time and also you were payed more than a -, also I paid off the whole amount in - year, but the logic was not acceptable to them. At the end of our argument I suggested $70.00 to settle the case down ( punish myself for trusting them ) but it was not accepted instead they ask for $200.00 and I did not accept it either, I believe they are a rip off. Please let me know what my legal actions are? sincerely.
