I have an account through synchrony bank. I 've faithfully made all payments. I sent in a post dated check dated over - weeks in advance. They deposited it early resulting in the overdraft of my bank account adding fees. When I called the correct the problem they told me they had the right to cash post dated check and we were out of luck.
