Payday loan Taking/threatening an illegal action Threatened arrest/jail if do not pay Virginia

Yes early this morning got a call from my mom telling me that i had a - out for my arrest. So she gave me the number - and i proceeded to call. I talk to a representative to see if i could resolve my status in my debt she told me i owed $750.00 and they said they needed me to pay $250.00 right now to get my account back to active for my payments and i told her i could n't pay $250.00 now. I could pay them $50.00 a week since i get paid e very week so she told me no. And said that if i needed to get a lawyer because they are taking me to court. So i just called - minutes ago. And i talked to a person of - - and i told him how they was threatening my mom about me having a warrant and i could only pay $50.00 week when they wanted me to pay $250.00. So he said well could you pay $75.00 a week i told him no i could do $50.00 a week. So he transferred me to a lady name - - and i proceed


- - - she said well it says right here u get paid $10.00 a hr and i told her i been there - years and i do n't get paid that much. So then - - proceeds to ask me do you stay with your mom do you have - etc. and i told her i can only pay them $50.00. a week. She pauses and says - - lets get this clear how do you live off of $100.00 a week and i told her - is good. Then she says if we ca n't take the $50.00 a week we need the $100.00 and if we do that that 's gon na be all your money. So i said so you 'll cant help me out she said no. and i said ok and bye and hung up the phone. I do n't like how she tried to make a mock of me about my finances. The only thing i was trying to do was too make a payment with them.
