I did not receive Notice of Sevice Transfer from Bank of America until 9 days before it is due to changee. I received it yesterday ( - -, 2015 ) even though the Notice Date says - -, 2015. If I am paying a bill through the mail and want to avoid late fees, it is MY responsibility to make sure that I send it in a timeframe which will guarantee it will arrive ON OR BEFORE the date it is due. Why is n't a BANK held to the same standards? Also, I do n't know if it is pertinent, but I am - and they sold my loan to -, a company that has been sued. I never missed a payment, my loan is in good standing.
