Received a call from an unknown number at my desk at work, the gentleman introduced himself as, -, '' and continued with the Mini-Miranda disclosure. He advised that he was calling from AFNI, regarding a debt, I informed him that I had previously requested no calls were to come to my place of employment, and to please note the account. - acknowledged that, '' my account had been documented from my previous conversation, the number must not have been taken out. '' And then continued to pursue payment for this debt. I advised - that continual calls at my POE are a clear FDPCA violation, to which he continued to attempt to collect on this debt. I promptly ended the call at that point telling - to have a nice day.
