Amex Credit card department,
In fall of last year, I opened a credit card with AmericanExpress. They were concerned after I used the cardthat I was a security issue, demanded to contact mybank, etc. I canceled the card and they said they wouldcancel the $ 75 yearly fee. They keep sending mestatements charging me this fee, even though the cardis canceled. My credit score is now being affected bytheir reports to credit bureaus. I do not owe them anymoney and have called multiple times. I asked in early- for evidence the account has been canceled, itis attached, as well as recent statements.
