I am concerned that Lowes credit card is misrepresenting their terms and late fees! In my telephone inquiry, regarding a late fee, I was told the government allows us to charge a late fee after - days of issuing a statement. '' I asked what their billing cycle is and was told it is - days. How can a due date be - days on a - billing cycle? In reviewing my current statement date -/-/15, which I received on the - ( - days? ), It had a purchase dated -/-/15 on it. due date -/-/15. There is no postmark on there postmark on their envelope to verify when it is mailed, - days is longer than most deliveries. I believe their intention is to leave a very short time to respond to the statement, thereby increasing there ability to charge late fees. -
