I am disputing this creditor. I was not informed via certified mail of any late payment concerns. I was making current monthly payments, and was not made aware of any payment date changes. When I realized there were late charges on my statement months later, I contacted the company via telephone. I was quite upset, and agreed to pay the total amount if they would remove the late fees since I was not aware of any concerns.. The company willingly removed - of the late fees. I payed the bill in full and cancelled the card.
