Synovus Bank Credit card department,
First Progress Card is reporting late payments on my credit report that is damaging my credit. I have fraudulent transactions that I did not authorize which I filed disputed. It was found I was not responsible for this transactions and items were reverse. I would not have been responsible for making payment for this transaction while investigate was in process. Account was closed and paid in full with $300.00 security deposit required to open account.
