i closed a master card account, financed through rci barclay 's bank usa, on - -, - the account was paid in full. i just received a billing this month for - the reason i closed the account was spurious billings of this type. i just called the bank complaint number and received an unsatisfactory response. the phone call was ended pre-emptorialy without resolution.
