The conversation was not obscene, profane or abusive, but I feel their tactics to get you to repay is unlawful. On - -, 2015, I called National Credit Adjusters to set up a payment arrangement beginning - -, 2015. - - asked me could I make a payment this month. I told her no and that I do n't get paid again until - -. She then asked me what would be different in - and what will be different considering that I just got paid and already do n't have money. I told her I would get paid in - and I do n't think it 's any of her business what will be different and that if I am calling to set up payment arrangements, then its obvious that I will have money on that date. She stated that it was her job to ensure I would have to money to make the payment. We went back and forth and I hung up on her. I then called back and asked to speak with a manager. I spoke with - -. He reiterated that it is their job to ensure that money will be available to make the payments. He would not set up payment arrangements with me and told me to mail the payments in when I could. We then argued and I hung up on him as well.
