I have recently been monitoring my credit report and I noticed that a negative account had been added. I did not recognize the company that reported. I contacted the creditor and discovered it was a delinquent - - - account. They did not contact me in any way whatsoever before adding it to my credit report. They refused to work with me or remove it from my report.
