On the website www.carecredit.com I was able to pick 64 months for payment at $35.00 26 % interest so I took the account number to - - butbefore I would accept the $35.00 payments I wanted the assurancefrom Care credit whom was speaking for and or for Synchrony Bankthat the payments will in fact be $35.00 via phone call with a personrepresenting the bank and or care credit. I remember that after twobilling cycles my payments will be $35.00 and I accepted that asstanding so I agreed. I was under the medication and do not rememberthat person 's name but Beth at - - was present and also was toldtold that the payment of $35.00 would take - payment cyclesaccordingly Beth assured me of the $35.00 payments would stand. I made payments of $35.00 for the month of -, -, - -and no adjustments have been made to bring the payments to theagreed amounts instead I was charged late fee 's and interest. The account % has been raised for the 26 % to 29 % via letter I received toretro active from the opening of the account. I called the - complain about the $35.00 payments not being reflected on the billback in - being - I was told that the agreement the night of theservice between myself and the bank was moot my words. I sincelearned the others had gone through the same bait and switch tactic. My credit has been effected I can not make these payments under a bogus - sided contract. The bank in question also had a consentdecree that was entered against them for the same tactic via - of- Ohio I have the pdf. I am - and on - andwas taken advantage of completely. Beth at - - quit.
