I have the HSBC Premier World MasterCard that has the HSBC Premier Rewards Program that states that I am supposed to receive - point for every net dollar that I purchase with the credit card. However, the program is not correctly counting the points on my account and this is not the first time that I have noticed and complained about this problem. 2 years ago I had the same problem, I contacted the HSBC Premier Customer Service and they were able to fix the problem and correct my points balance, however, this time, I have contacted the same Customer Service and they keep saying that the balance is updated but it is impossible that this information is true and this is why : - My points balance on -/-/- was - points. - In the period of -/-/--/-/- I had a total of USD- in new purchases which means that I should receive - new points. - However, as of -/-/- my points balance is - points and I have n't used any points since -/-/-, which means that in the period of -/-/- I have only accrued - new points. - If I was supposed to receive -


BALANCE POINTS. I have contacted the HSBC Premier Customer Service by email, which they never responded and I have contacted them by phone, and after 1 hour long of waiting, they still have n't acknowledge the problem or even given me an explanation for why I am missing - points. This is not my first problem with HSBC Premier and it seems like that every time that there is something wrong with my account or any product that I have with this bank, I have to always find an outside source to be able to help me resolve any issue with this bank.
