Also claimed principal in the amount of $4700.00 and interest at 18 % per annum ( double the Oregon allowed 9 % ) totalling $12000.00 for a total of $17000.00. This amount was utilized in the lawsuit to also put the total claim out of the range of small claims court to civil court when the plaintiff was further suing for collectable debt totalling $2400.00 ( $1.00 short of the $2500.00 threshold to be civil versus small claims ). They are knowingly attempting to collect on too old debt, and utilizing that debt to move the case to a higher court that requires higher filing fees for defendant response. They also knowingly provided in the served copy of the suit incorrect filing instructions directing me to the - - - -. They also knowingly included instructions for response to a small claim when they filed in civil court.
