I had an Amazon store card. The card was sold to Synchrony Bank. Synchrony bank repeatedly failed to send me paper statements. I missed a payment due to lay off and they would call me in excess of - times a day. I have since brought the account current but their relentless harrasment and terrible customer service and communication has caused me tremendous stress and anxiety.
