I received - calls from a person naming herself - - : She stated in the message that legal claim was filed against me and that I should call - for more information. She gave the docket # -. She called my Cell - times and my job -. Saying she had to verify information to serve me or call the company, - - - and also Lakefront Processing Solitions. She left - company names in the voice mail. In calling the company I spoke to a - who stated I owed a Pay Day loan from 2012, I stated that was not possible as I did not request a pay day loan was for - 2012. He then said the company was called - that gave the loan. I advised that the loan was not mine, my credit report did not see this loan at all and he said well good luck. To which I replied I am putting a fraud alert on my credit. I have noticed that looking up this phone number and company name, that they have been calling lots of people in order to collect debts from the same month and year. They appear to be phantom debt collectorsThey appear to have a parent company as this name is a Ghost Business in the state of - - - - - - - - # -, New York, -
