Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low New Jersey

Hello everything was not cleared and this is another complaint. I had mentioned in the complaint before to clear it with the bank of the debt I owed, and the bank did there job and when I went to open an account after being told it was clear from the Chex Systems credit. It has not been cleared, I need to open an account for my job it is required and I am unable to due to the fact Chex Systems has n't cleared it and I am being told to many things for something not to have been handled by now.
