In 2014 I pulled my first annual credit report and noticed Midland Funding listed on my report. I did n't recognize where the charges came from so I contacted - by letter and asked for verification of the debt. Midland responded - a bill from - with an address listed in - that I have never lived at - I have lived in - for 12 years.The debt is inaccurate and non-collectible as the debt is a result from illegal cramming charges which - lost a lawsuit for in - of 2014. - has verified that I was indeed a victim of false charges and I have attached proof ( - attached ) of cramming from - 's verification site.
