Portfolio Recovery contacted my employer on Friday - -, - times! The company was closed so a message was left on my employers answering machine that he had - accounts on his desk to discuss with me and if I did n't call back, he 'd have to take it to court. '' My boss only had a phone number, the person did not leave his name or name of company. To my knowledge this is in violation of the FDCPA!
