Medical Communication tactics Threatened to take legal action Michigan

AFNI Collection agency has been calling me everyday - times a day. I am currently paying them a set amount each month through a debt consolidation company. They are calling me after -. They have threatened me by saying, If you are unable to pay we have your employment/salary information and we may take further legal action ''. I explained that I am only able to pay what I am paying each month no more, no less. They did not start calling me until I started paying off of my debt.
