I had a Bank of America credit card for about 10 years. The account is now closed and the balance is -. The credit reporting agencies are reporting different information about the account. - reports a 30-day late payment in - 2011 but on time payment in -. - reports a 30-day late payment in - 2011, but an on-time payment in - 2011. I have written to BOA - times to try and resolve this, have submitted inquiries to - and -. No results. Somebody has it wrong - I want BOA to stop reporting the account altogether since they ca n't get their records straight.
