on - -/-/2015, i have noticed that American Express has been reporting inaccurate billing information on my credit report. I am disputing a amount of -, the company is reporting 30-90 days late on my credit report for which I have no knowledge of. I have contacted the company and the company is still reporting a balance that is under investigation. By law the company is not suppose to report a dispute amount on a person credit report untill the investigation is fully been resolved. The company did not address the problem. I told this company that I have no knowledge of the balance and no knowlegde of where they are collecting a payment from. I told american Express that I do have a fraud alert on my credit report and that the company should have called me, but the number that the company provided does not match the number as of now. This company had someone to open an account in my name and is affecting my credit negatively. This company is engaging in identity theft and fraud. I am asking this company to stop reporting negatively on my credit report untill the disputed amount is resolved
