Navient has made - phone calls to the above landline over the course of - hours trying to reach our daughter -. They have been repeatedly told that she is studying at a university in - and can not be reached at this number yet they persist in calling and can not share any information with us. We would like the phone calls to stop and we have asked them to do this. This is the - attempt they have made to contact her. There has been no mail or email.
