I run an - in -, - My former accountant sent - - - letter wishing to cancel service and then switched our phones to - - I received a bill from - - - -, LTD. Direct number is - ext -. I have told her we canceled repeatedly, however she says we did n't do it properly so we owe. I have told her I am having an attorney review the file. She called today - times and is being incredibly rude to my staff, who have nothing to do with this debt. She has threatened me by stating if she wants me to stop contacting my staff then I need to give her my attorney 's name, via email that I have. I want this to stop. This is a ridiculous debt that is trying o be collected from me. The only signed contract we have is from - that states after a - year period then it restarts another - year period. That 's -. In - we switched to a different phone carrier and our contract should have been cancelled. I do n't know what to do and would ask for any help you can provide. I want her to stop calling my staff and if she needs to communicate with me she can via certified mail. Please help. - - - - - --
