I was terminated by - - - on -/-/-.for having a dirty truck.immediately after returning from their selected doctor 's office for the annual - jn - -, which was a reminder of the year before in which I sat at the terminal for a - after and a few other days in which I was initially told that I would n't be paid according to my dispatcher - '' at the time. However, - - later relented and put $150.00 on my card. Unfortunately, the year - did not end so well for -. -/-/- he decided to make some disrespectful comments to me by saying I was acting like an - '' in front of a witness - - my current dispatcher at that time. - had earlier givrn me the letter head paper to write - - up on which he had refuse to sign and stating he had called - - about what he had


was told to go with my dispatcher to - - to get another pear of glasses because the glasses from - were taking to long and - - could get my - within an hour. The following day I was again driven to the doctor 's office to complete the DOT physical. After a sucessful completion of the - I was told to report to - 's office at which time I was immediately terminated for having a dirty truck. I was told that they would empty out my property and was told standby and watch. Afterwards, I was driven to the airport to get a rental car with - 's permission. I returned to the - - terminal to retrieve some of my items. - days later I returned to get the rest of my property. I later went to work for - -, - -. and In -/-/- I went to work at - - - - for - weeks at which time adverse action took place. I was told by the Safety - - - that I had lied on my application and I told him in front of the HR women that I did n't. - proceeded to say that I had failed a - or refused to test in - and asked who told them that at that time the HR woman said - and I asked if I could see it she said No '' then I said I 'd taken a - - in - and I then asked for a copy of threir report and I was denied. However, - did give me copies of why I had been terminated by - - - - basically saying I had lied on my application which was n't true. When I returned to - I contacted all parties.
