GE Capital Retail Credit card department,
I was suggested this card from my dental care. As per their suggestion, I applied and was charger for my service. I was making payments in time for past one and half years. For last three months, I dint receive any statement. I was contacted by their reps and informed that i was running behind my payments. I informed that, I will make a payment after I receive the statement. After two days I received the statement and was charged - interest of - balance. I offered them to pay all my remaining balance which is - but informed that I am not making interest which sounds ridiculously high. And I do n't think it was my fault since I dint receive any statement for past 3 months. It looks to me that they intentionally dint send the statement so that they can force me to pay unjustifiable interest. I am ready to make a full payment but wo n't pay the interest. At this point I feel like they are palying fawl game. Please suggest us something that will help, I do n't wan to owe them money but still do n't want pay fowl interest which was introduced later on.
