The Creditor is -.. This is regarding an - - Account.They turned the account over to a Collection Agency and still continued to charge me interest and late fees. Is this legal? The collection agency stated that - sends them adjustments every month. - will not speak to me. They say they do n't have the debt ... to contact the collection agency..but..they continue to apply interest and late fees.
