GE Capital Retail Credit card department,
I had to cancel my Banana Republic Card due to freud charges. I forgot to update my online payment through my bank and paid on my old account. Because of this, Synchrony Bank has been calling my none stop about not paying my bill. I have called them several times and they told me it takes 15-20 days to transfer my payment from my old account to my new account! They froze my CC and I ca n't even use it! I have a copy of my bank statement which shows I even paid them and the payment was on time. They wo n't unlock my CC until my payment has been transfered. I even made another payment and because they have n't posted it yet, they still wo n't unlock my CC. I even made an early payment the month before and they charged me a late fee!
