I renegotiated a mortgage wth M & T Bank during a bankruptcy proceeding.I have made prompt payments for over two and a half years on the new loan. The Bank refuses to send any information to the credit reporting bureaus depriving me of any credit rating. The bank during this time tried to collect illegal fees of over $6000.00 that I had to hire an Attorney to get them to rescind. They now want a recommitment agreement which would put that fee back in play in order for them to report to the credit bureaus.
