GE Capital Retail Credit Card Complaint

I have had an account for several years with -, now Synchrony Bank. They are reporting to - Credit Bureau - Inquiries as 'regular inquiries ' rather than account review ' inquiries. This is lowering my credit score. I have contacted - and they tell me that I have to go to the company to have them removed. When I wrote to Synchrony Bank, I received no response. There is no reason for 'regular ' inquiries at all, muchless 'regular ' inquiries AND account review inquiries. They need to be removed immediately!
