Navy FCU Credit card department,
I made a purchase through - to a company in -. - completed the foreign transaction and the seller was charged the foreign transaction fees. On my last credit card statement I was charged a foreign transaction fee. This fee is fraudulent. The credit card company did not process a foreign transaction and therefore can not charge a foreign transaction fee. Their excuse was there is - writing in the description.
