This debt collector calls repeatedly, 2-4 times per day including both weekend days, sometimes leaving automated messages. I last answered a call from them on -, during which I informed them up front that I was aware of the state of my account and did not know when I would be able to pay the bill ; I was pushed no fewer than - times to agree that I would have it paid by a certain, arbitrary date so that the caller could leave a note on my account to that effect, which I would then be held to, despite my repeated insistence that I was not certain I could pay by that date. The caller eventually put the note on my account despite my protests. The repeated calls are intrusive and stressful.
