Congratulations on winning the case against - for consumers!! Well done! I signed on with - in - 2013 and noticed late that they are now charging me 23.99 % after 18 month period, though it is no where stated on the contract I obtained from my -. They do n't give you the choice ( or hide it well ) to receive mailed statements. I had no idea of late charges and mysterious $2.00 charges and now the 23.99 %. Please help!!!
