Capital One Credit card department,
Capital One has continuously charged me late fees for missed payment days that fall on -. As an observer of the - -, I do not engage in financial transactions on -. Capital One again recently charged me a late fee for missing a payment this past -, -/-/2014. I have called in many times complaining about this problem, and they have done nothing. I believe this practice is - and I should not have to make my payment early because they will not honor my -. In addition, I have requested credit increases multiple times, as my credit limit is only $300.00. Capital One has not responded to - of my requests. On the last request made, I was denied because Capital One claims they can not access my credit report because there is a security freeze on it. I contacted -, - -, and -. There is no such freeze on my reports and there has not been since I have been in possession of this credit card.
