I was just alerted to an update by way of my accountant that my entire IRS refund was taken by -. It took me 3 years to find a job. I finally found a job and was able to collect income tax and they took the small amount that I was able to recoup. I am a single mother of - children that went back to school at - yrs old. I chose - - which is a - school. They have no job placement. They reported my payment history while I was n't able to pay or find a job to the credit bureaus. I received this letter from - solutions 3 days ago and put it aside out of apprehension. After receiving the news today of my refund, I was tempted to open this letter only to find this information. What can I do to keep these people from taking everything I finally was able to obtain and any future taxable income? They never even gave me an opportunity to get a job and pay the loan back.
