Fifth Third Bank Credit card unsolicited issuance of credit card November 25, 2015 - Fifth Third issued me a credit card account, unbeknownst to me until I saw my credit report today. The credit card account was opened in -/-/- and closed in -/-/-. This has resulted in damaging information on my credit reports. I called Fifth Third today to report this matter, and ask that the derogatory information be removed from my account and the Credit Reporting Agencies, but the response I got from - different departments at Fifth Third was lackadaisical at best. I was told that I must have signed papers acknowledging the acceptance of the credit card account, which if true,... |
