Review and analysis of over 60 complaints against HSBC
HSBC consumers have reported over 60 official complaints related to Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement. Out of the 60 consumer complaints against HSBC, 17% were disputed by the consumer (i.e. the consumer was not happy with how HSBC responded to their complaint) and 100% were processed in a timely manner. 8% of consumer complaints against HSBC resulted in the consumer receiving monetary compensation (e.g. money, cash reimbursement, etc.) and 0% resulted in non-monetary compensation.
