My SSN # has been compromised and I have filed with the IRS and FTC. This company has threatened to serve me papers at my employment, speak to my supervisor regarding a personal business matter and said if the matter goes to court I will have to pay attorney fees which could be - to - the amount of the loan. She wanted to resolve the outstanding balance of $400.00 to stop the proceedings. I was never given the memorandum and she told me I 'm lying. ... |
